How We Got Our Start

Founded in early 2017, Mac Bar Macarons is owned and operated by two young entrepreneurs who strive to bring a new twist to the classic macaron we all know and love. Inspired by the popular European presence of the traditional macaron, Mac Bar combines elegance and simplicity with innovation and creativity. Mac Bar aims to deliver aesthetically unique designs and flavors that are simply unlike any other.

"We have a love-hate relationship with the macaron." Owners Kayla and Nilou describe their journey in creating Mac Bar as a true test of patience and sacrifice. "We weren't going to be satisfied until we had the perfect macaron. Even if that meant sleepless nights on the kitchen floor staring at the oven and skipping class to make buttercream." Mac Bar is committed to delivering the best macaron out there and will go above and beyond to do so.
